With the champagne Academy you will become new chefs of the champagne cellars
You will work by team and realize your own wine assembling different white champagne grapes. Then, you will submit your wine to the modern “champenoise method” to gasify it in order to reach the fresher request.
You will have to create your label, to give a name to your champagne, to establish a commercial policy, to give it a price…
A blind tasting of all the champagnes realized by all the participants will end this oenological and unique experience.
The champagne Academy is a ludic activity and it reinforces the team cohesion and communication.
